IDENTIFY REAL – FAKE TAXI FOR TRAVELERS IN HO CHI MINH CITY

Recently, there have been many complaints from customers about cases of wrongly driving fake taxi brands in Ho Chi Minh City, causing unsafety for passengers and affecting reputation of official taxi brands. Getting on the wrong taxi, counterfeiting causes unsafety for passengers, high taxi fares, and difficulties for passengers if their luggage is lost.

To ensure the interests of passengers, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism would like to recommend the following:

1. TAXI VINASUN
Fake taxis have similar paint colors, almost identical brand identity, similar light box colors and sizes, etc., these elements of FAKE TAXI confuse customers, drivers The car has a bad attitude, entices, raises the price, ... affects the reputation of Vinasun taxi brand.

2. TAXI MAI LINH

*Place the correct Mai Linh Taxi

When you have a need to book a Mai Linh taxi in any province or city across the country, please choose to book a car through one of two ways:

- Option 1: Call the nationwide taxi switchboard 1055 (this is the phone number, just dial the numbers 1055 and press the call button, no need to dial the area code);

- Option 2: Book a car via Mai Linh Taxi app (if you don't have the app, please download it at https://mailinh.vn/taiapp iOS and Android);

*Correctly identify Mai Linh taxi

Currently, there are two taxi brands under the system of Mai Linh Group: Mai Linh taxi and Hoa Binh Xanh taxi.

*Identify the image of the car from the outside:

Viewed from the front of the car, Mai Linh Taxi and Hoa Binh Xanh Taxi use a small, yellow taxi light box with the word Taxi designed specifically, typical of Mai Linh. The back light box has a red phone number and number 1055.
