The trend of community-based and indigenous tourism is a tourism model with potential for development and is applied by many countries around the world. Not only bringing rich experiences to tourists, but also helping that land not lose its own identity. With beautiful landscapes, diverse and rich flora and fauna systems in both quantity and types, Can Gio was recognized by UNESCO as a world biosphere reserve on January 21, 2000.
